Manufacturer's Specification

The Plaster Deep V (DV 75-150) reveal is standard extruded aluminum alloy 6063 T5 and is .050 thick. The Plaster Deep V shall have a standard Clear Anodized finish. Mill and Alodine finishes as well as other factory finishes and custom paint orders are available. Refer to Finishes for details. Pre-fabricated intersections and corners are also available.

Install all Plaster Deep V’s over building paper on   vertical surfaces using full ten-foot lengths wherever possible. Attach Plaster Deep V’s to the framing with nails, screws, or other approved fastening methods. All Plaster Deep V’s must be cut accurately and installed with tight, neat joints. All nailing flanges must be covered with lath and all butt joints must be sealed. Manufacturer recommends that a carbide tip blade along with lubricant be used when cutting any  aluminum trims.

1. Sealant is required at all butt joints.

2. Vinyl Connector Clips are required for Flannery's Plaster Deep V's.
