Flannery is proud to introduce the Cement Panel Z Flashing (CPZ 50). This trim creates a horizontal reveal between fiber cement panels. It is compatible with Fiber Cement Panel Systems such as CertanTeed's Fiber Cement Siding and HardiePanel® siding.

Manufacturer's Specification

Cement Panel Z Flashings are standard aluminum alloy 6063 T5 and are .050 inch thick. All Z Flashings come in 10' lengths and shall have a standard Clear Anodized or Alodine Finish. Other Anodized Colors as well as special factory finishes and custom paint orders are available. Click on the Finishes link in the left margin for details.

Install all Cement Panel Z Flashings over the water resistive barrier on vertical surfaces using full ten-foot lengths wherever possible. Cement Panel Z Flashings should be overlapped with a water resistive barrier over the attachment flange. Attach Cement Panel Z Flashings according to the Fiber Cement Panel manufacturer. All Z Flashings must be cut accurately and installed with tight, neat joints. Flannery recommends that a carbide tip blade along with lubricant be used when cutting any aluminum trims.
