Calgary, Alberta

Completion Date: 2012

For the past two decades, Flannery has enjoyed significant growth in the amount of trims that it has shipped into Western Canada. This growth is a direct result of the tireless efforts made by Flannery’s largest distributor of specialty trims, Pacific West Systems Supply (PacWest). With locations in British Columbia and Alberta, Flannery has found a loyal and knowledgeable partner for its products in PacWest.

There is no greater example to the cohesive partnership that PacWest and Flannery have than the new Eighth Avenue Place I project that was just completed in Calgary, Alberta. Eighth Avenue Place is Canada’s first LEED Platinum high-rise office building. It is the first of two towers to be completed by Alberta Investment Management Corporation and stands as the second tallest building in the Calgary skyline.

Flannery shipped over 3,000 lineal meters of Drywall Reveal Trim (DWR 50-75) and 500 pre-fabricated intersections to PacWest for the project. PacWest’s customer, B.C. Drywall, did all of the installation of Flannery’s drywall reveals. Construction on Eighth Avenue Place II is scheduled to begin soon.
