Manufacturer's Specification

Drywall V Reveals are standard extruded aluminum alloy 6063 T5 and are .050 thick. V Reveals come in 10' lengths and shall have a standard Mill finish. Clear Anodized and Alodine finishes as well as other factory finishes and custom paint orders are available. Refer to the Finishes link in the left margin for details. See below for pre-fabricated intersections and corners.

Attach V Reveals through the taping flange to the drywall and framing with nails, screws, or other approved fastening methods. All V Reveals must be cut accurately and installed with tight, neat joints. Manufacturer recommends that a carbide tip blade along with lubricant be used when cutting any aluminum trims.

This product is also known in the industry as a DRMV, SWR-V, and 916-VT-10.
