Flannery Brake Shapes

The creativity of an architect can produce special trims that are not practical to manufacture with extruded aluminum or roll formed steel. Due to the difficulty and cost of manufacturing these special trims, Flannery is proud to offer custom profiles that are produced on its 125-ton Press Brake.

Flannery offers special Brake shapes in Aluminum (Mill and Clear Anodized Finishes are available), Galvanized Steel, and Copper. All shapes are created from flat sheets of material and are sheared to fit into the Press Brake. We shear all of the sheets on our Industrial Metal Shear. Most Brake Shapes can be produced within a day and come in 10’ lengths.
