Adventist Health Hanford Family Birthing Center feat. Stucco Trims
Adventist Health’s Hanford Family Birthing Center is a state-of-the-art 49,000-square-foot facility built adjacent to the Adventist Medical Center in Hanford, California. The new facility will replace Central Valley General Hospital’s birthing center. The $40 million project features 34 private beds, 2 operating rooms and 6 neonatal intensive care beds. The facility also features separate cesarean operating rooms as well as top of the line equipment and technology. Approximately 2,000 babies are born in Hanford each year with an average of 6 births per day. With that kind of “growth” it was time for an upgrade in Hanford.
For this Plaster job, Flannery shipped 1,500 linear feet of our Drip Screed (DS 875) and 1,500 linear feet of our 2 pc. Expansion Reveal (EXP 75-75) to Cal Ply Fresno. Our Plaster Channel Screed was used to break up the smooth finish plaster on the exterior of the building. We provided over 6,000 linear feet of Channel Screed with a ¾’ reveal (PCS 75-75) and 1,000 lineal feet of Soffit Vent (PCS 75-V-100).
