Stairview Estate featuring Drywall Channel Screed

The Starview Estate is an 8,000-square-foot premier spec home, built in beautiful Santa Monica, California. The project boasts 2 owner’s suites and 28-foot-wide glass walls, showing off an incredible panoramic view that stretches from the busy streets of downtown to the sunsets over Santa Monica. The home also features some of the most sophisticated technology of today, including solar panels backed by Tesla batteries, which can be controlled by a smartphone app from as far away as the other side of the world.

Simplicity is definitely not the name of the game when it comes to this project. Where the wall isn’t made of floor-to-ceiling glass, Flannery’s modern drywall panel application can be spotted, finished with our aluminum termination trims to sharpen the edges of the estate. Our trim was so smoothly integrated into the gypsum walls, it appears that the drywall is fading into the skyline.
