Flannery’s Siding Outside Corner for Fiberon® Cladding is a trim that creates a sharp and crisp corner edge where siding is installed on walls that meet at a 90° outside corner joint. The Outside Corner trim creates a solid and clean corner for the siding system which would normally require the siding to be mitered and laid together at the edge. With a 1″ flange, the Outside Corner allows the installer to slide the siding in behind the flange and cover the unfinished edges of the mitered siding. The larger face leg of the Siding Outside Corner also allows for the possible expansion or contraction of the siding along a horizontal run.
Manufacturer's Specifications
Flannery’s Fiberon® Cladding Trims are standard extruded aluminum alloy 6063 T5 and have a .050” nominal wall thickness. Fiberon® compatible trims come in 10′ lengths and are primarily stocked as Clear Anodized, Mill Finish (for field painting and priming) and limited quantities of Black Anodized. Chem-film finish, or other factory finishes, and custom paint orders are available upon request. Flannery’s Siding Outside Corner for Fiberon® Cladding shall be attached to the furring strips with screws on an Outside Corner. Fiberon’s cladding shall be installed last. Please view Fiberon’s Installation Instructions for more details.
