Completion Date: In Progress

Our work on the Montana State Billings Community College is still in progress as of February 2021, and we are so proud to have been a part of this incredible project. Flannery provided free trims for a student-built project in the university’s construction lab as part of their Construction Management and Construction Technology Programs. We are proud to have contributed to the Billings community’s continued education and to be building the workforce while we do it.

Our trims are being used on a mobile tiny house project, which the students aim to have fully completed by the end of their spring semester in late April. This project has given students an opportunity to practice and demonstrate the different phases of construction in a limited time and space and has also provided Construction Management students practice in project planning and oversight. The exterior of the tiny house is nearly complete, and the interior is a work in progress.
