Modera West Apartments feat. Cement Panel Trims

About the Project:
VTBS Architects designed the Modera West Apartments in Los Angeles. This project is part of the Howard Hughes Center in Westchester and features multiple six-story buildings with 376 apartments. The development includes a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, along with amenities such as a swimming pool, a rooftop deck, and a fitness center.
Flannery contributed many different Cement Panel trims to help complete the design of this project. Cement Panel Outside Corners were used to ease the installation of the panels that butt up against each other and our Cement Panel H-Mold was used to break up the wall in a nice rectangular pattern that adds a nice design element to the exterior of the apartment complex.
Other trims used on this project included our Cement Panel Screed, Cement Panel Z-Flash, and Cement Panel J-Mold. As you can see, Cement Panel Trims help create a clean masonry look for any Fiber Cement Panel project. Flannery is happy to discuss trim design options to best suit the look you are going for.
