Flannery’s Flush Base Mold creates a flat or flush aluminum base detail at the bottom of a vertical gypsum board wall where it meets the floor line. In contrast to a standard base reveal, the Flush Base Mold is a flat surface of aluminum that lays over the edge of the drywall and creates a solid aluminum base effect without the need of an additional base material such as wood or vinyl molding.
Manufacturer's Specifications
Flush Base Molds are standard extruded aluminum alloy 6063 T5 and are .050” thick. Flannery’s Flush Base Molds come in 10′ lengths and shall have a standard Mill Finish for field priming and painting unless specified otherwise. Clear Anodized and Chem-film finishes, as well as other factory finishes, and custom paint orders, are available.
