Flannery’s LED Panel F-Mold provides a clean termination for millwork panels while incorporating a linear LED light reveal. The LED Panel F-Mold features a 3/16” face flange, which offers a defined edge detail at the panel termination. The aluminum channel is designed to house an LED strip light and includes a frosted acrylic diffuser to soften illumination. The profile accommodates a ½” wide or smaller LED strip (LEDs and wiring not provided), delivering a modern illuminated edge with a precise framed finish.
Manufacturer's Specifications
LED Panel F-Molds are standard extruded aluminum alloy 6063 T5 and are .050” thick. Flannery’s LED trims come in 10′ lengths and shall have a standard Mill Finish for field priming and painting unless specified otherwise. Clear Anodized and Chem-film finishes, as well as other factory finishes and custom paint orders are available. You can view our factory finishes to see if we have what you are looking for or if you do not see the finish, you are looking for, chances are we can color-match it or we already have it! Attach LED Panel F-Molds through the attachment flange to the framing with screws or other approved fastening methods. All reveals and diffusers must be cut accurately and installed with tight, neat joints. Manufacturer recommends that a carbide tip blade along with blade lubricant be used when cutting any aluminum trim. The frosted diffuser should be cut with a double edged blade to reduce cracking. Installer must consult with LED manufacturer for LED light strip installation and wiring procedures and methods.
